Live in your fridge or die in your pantry. Sounds a bit morbid doesn’t it? But it is true! Did you know that when you go to your neighborhood supermarket, the food in the periphery are the ones that give you life, while the food in the center of the market limits your life potential? Why? Because whole foods such as fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats are normally found in the periphery, while all the processed foods (chips, candies, sodas, etc.) are found on the shelves in the center of the market. Doesn’t it make sense that eating foods that spoil keep us healthy and eating foods that never seem to rot will make us sick?
We are alive; therefore, we should eat things that give us LIFE, such as fresh fruits and vegetables that will rot over time. Eating from our pantry usually means that we eat junk food (DEAD) such as candy and potato chips.
Get into the habit of reading labels and ingredients.
There are 3 parts to your care, Correction, Nutrition, and Rehabilitation. Each of these is significant in the process of your overall healing. Without proper nutrition, your body will have a difficult time holding your adjustments in place. The structures that surround the joint and the nerves need proper nutrition, including the disc itself. Malnourished diets weaken these structures and slow down the entire healing process.
Think of your car. If you gave it the best oil change and tune up and used water as fuel, would your car be running? Your spine is the same way.
If the best adjustment was made on the spine, but processed food is used as the body’s fuel, it wouldn’t work.
The multivitamins that we take are not all created equal. Whether or not our bodies can absorb them depends upon how they were created. Many of the cheaper vitamins that you may find in the drugstores or wholesale warehouses may have been synthesized in the laboratory instead of being derived from whole foods. You can be sure that every vitamin that we carry and recommend is the highest quality and most absorbent in your body.

What to expect when you schedule your first appointment.
Consultation $35 (45 mins)
The consultation will allow us to determine whether or not you are the right fit for our services. If we determine that we are not the right match for you, we will refer you to the appropriate person that may be able to best help you in your situation.
Due to the high volume of consultations that we schedule, it is our office policy that you prepay for your consultation at the time of scheduling. 24 notice is required for all rescheduling and cancellations. Absolutely NO refunds for no call, no shows.
Health & Wellness Assessment $55/visit (1 hr)

It is much easier to prevent illness than to find a cure for it. Being proactive does NOT guarantee that we will be void of all illnesses, but it could help keep our bodies strong to decrease our chances of illness and/or help us get well easier if we do get sick. For instance, even if we never picked up a cigarette, we could still be diagnosed with lung cancer, but the chances are significantly lower. Most of us do not wait until we lose a tooth to go to the dentist. Why wait until you are sick or in pain before you live a healthy lifestyle. We can help you create wellness with prevention.
Before scheduling for an H&W Assessment, you must first schedule a consultation so that we can determine whether or not you are the right fit for this service. Once we have determined this, we would need to gather information from you before we schedule this appointment.
We need from you:
- 7-day food journal. Please include EVERYTHING that you eat and drink. Include all condiments.
- A list of all the supplements, prescriptions, and recreational drugs that you take regularly.
- A completed Health Assessment form. (Download form here)
- Most recent acceptable bloodwork (within the last year only). Blood work must at least include: List out. If you do not have any bloodwork, we may order one for you for $194. Complete results take a week from the day blood is drawn.
What to expect from us:
During this appointment, we will go over all the information that we gathered from you prior to your visit to determine what are some of the things that your body is deficient in and/or toxic with. We will also recommend food and supplements that will help you reach your health goals.
